Shaykh Abdullah then continued his research and studies, which took him on global journeys, such as Pakistan, Kuwait, and England.Shaykh Abdullah specialized in Tafseer of the Quran.

Shaykh Abdullah spent years to study the details and beauty of our Holy book since understanding and mastering the language of Holy Quran was always the primary goal. He is known for his motivational and enthusiastic style of speaking which leaves the audience focused and learning. ย

As Muslims, we all claim to have immense love for our beloved Prophet ๏ทบ. However, sometimes we find it rather difficult to express our love for him in manners which reflects our true connection to him ๏ทบ.

This is by no means a weakness we should be ashamed of nor is it an imperfection that can be faulted to us, but rather this blemish is a direct effect of us not being able to to study the beautiful and aspiring life of the Muhammad ๏ทบ.

As we study his life we naturally adapt the love and connection his habits, practices, and traditions. Thus, making it easier for us to constantly express our love for him.
โ€
Led by one of the Co-founders of Miftaah, Shaykh Abdullah Waheed leaves the crowd tantalized with his engaging, enthusiastic style of speech. Now, you can join the Seerah Intensive in-person or from the comfort of your own home!

Like many of our previous attendees, you may leave with a greater love with the Prophet ๏ทบ than you came with and a greater appreciation for our beloved. We hope to see you soon inshallah.

experiences

The Winter Seerah Intensive this year was probably hands down my best experience of 2020. Despite being online, I felt welcome by all the the instructors l and motivated to learn. Learning of the Prophetโ€™s (SAW) life never gets old, I was deeply engaged for the whole 7 hours everyday for a week. The Seerah is naturally beautiful, but Shaykh Abdullah only made it better, by connecting the events of the Seerah to our lives.

Bassem Warsi

I couldn't have asked for a better way to spend my winter break! Through the Seerah Intensive, I was able to feel a closeness to the Prophet (SAW) that I have never felt before. The connections the Shaykh made between the life of the Prophet (SAW) and our own, established a sense of serenity and peacefulness in me, and made my love for him (SAW) grow even more.

Zainab U.

As a mom of two kids, I am very grateful for this formal experience of learning seerah. Shaykh Abdullah Waheed's expertise and knowledge in this area, combined with his love for the Rasool SAW makes him an excellent teacher. As a practising Muslim, I feel like I lacked this love for Rasool SAW that I saw in the Shaykh, and therefore wanted to learn from him. Due to the YouTube streaming link that was provided, I was able to catch up even if I joined later in the day due to babysitting issues. The quizzes, notes provided and the reviews questions in the Workbook consolidated my knowledge. I have come away with a greater love for the Prophet SAW that I wish to instill in my children and in my own life first.

Alia Tehreem

This was one of the best experiences of increasing knowledge and awareness of Rasullulah SAW! The course has so many facets, including details of many Sahabis and history that helps put it into context. Shamaail and other sessions are included to meet the needs of the students and build on the overall experience. I would recommend this course to everyone! I have learned about the Seerah and heard stories of the Prophet SAW before, but Shaykh Abdullah Waheed really brings it to life!
